682I made this detailed tutorial because a few people requested it and many of my friends don't know how to do it.
This jump doesn't require a ghost jump, it requires getting extra air with a crouch. There is another way to do this jump, it's called the Mackeo Jump (because Mackeo uses it). I find this way easier and more effective though.

I do realize there is another way to do this (Mackeo way) but, I found this one more effective.
