In this video I will show you how to upscale a video with windows command prompt and multiple open-source tools.

No software / python environment, only command prompt method.
Be aware that video upscale uses your GPU and CPU resources in order to upscale and encode.
This method also need free space since it's a step by step upscale it keeps the frames in the folders (you can delete after result).
