This video is to address a request from a view on how to use the Undead Legacy mod by Subquake.
The mod installation process is pretty much the same as Darkness Falls where this mod not only uses the mod folder, but also overwrites asset files.
Due to this if you don't want to have to install 7 Days to Die again to play any other version you should create a copy of the 7 days game folder.
Once copied rename it to something where you will be able to know its for the Undead Legacy mod. Next go ahead and right click the launcher and send a short cut to desktop.
Rename the shortcut to contain legacy in the title, just so you don't mix it up with your normal 7 Days launcher.
Now go out to http://ul.subquake.com/download and snag the download from the stable mirror.
Once download completes copy and replace the 7DaystoDie_Data, Mods, .gitattributes, and License from the inside the zip file and place them in the copied version of 7 days to die you created.
When this is done you have successfully modded your client and are good to launch.
To Mod dedicated windows just copy the 7DaystoDieServer_Data, Mods, .gitattributes, and License from the inside the zip file and place them the dedicated server folder on your windows machine.
For a gportal server snag your ftp information of the status page then use filezilla to connect and move the 7DaystoDieServer_Data, Mods, .gitattributes, and License into the root folder making sure to replace existing files.
