Import:
1 – Run OpenIV; Choose GTA V for Windows
2 – Navigate to model file you want to export
3 – In context menu, select "Export to openFormats" option
4 – Choose where you want to save exported file
5 – Now run 3DS Max, and open GIMS Evo for GTA V
6 – Click "Import" button, and select model file
7 – Done


Export:
1 - Make sure your materials and scene hierarchy is correct
2 – Open GIMS Evo for GTA V, and click "export" button
3 – Select folder where you want to save your files
4 – If your scene is correct, select objects which you want to export, and click "continue"
5 – When the export is completed, switch to OpenIV, and navigate to place where you want to import your model
6 – In context menu, choose "Import openFormats" option, and select files you want to import
7 – Click "Ok" to continue
8 – Done
