In this video, i get to try cruel pact for the first time in set 8.5, it lets you spend health instead of money to level up so you can hit level 7 super fast and have 50 gold to just reroll before everyone else on the lobby. let me know your thoughts on cruel pact and if its too strong or needs buffed because its late game isn't good enough.
