Over the last 7 weeks (since my last update video) I've been...going through it. The long story short is that a medication mixup caused me to be extremely emotionally disturbed. I had what they're calling a manic episode and it was bad enough that I ended up in a psych ward for a few days. So...most of June has been me recovering from that and trying to figure out where to go next.

And so I've decided to take a step back from YouTube, at least for a couple of weeks. At least to do a better job taking care of my mental health while also working (which is something that I've neglected for years in attempts to put out way too many videos). I'll be streaming on Twitch, starting for a smaller more consistent stream schedule. And then I'll either work my way up to longer streams + YouTube or, if it seems like I'm enjoying it much more, I might just keep it to streaming.

Either way, I'm still around, and I'm still happy to be around! Thank you for all the patience you all have shown me during all of this, and all the messages of support. Reading your messages has really helped me snap out of the rut the medication mix up and stress caused.

At the very least I can say that while the psych ward visit was emotionally scary in hindsight, being in the psych ward itself wasn't that bad. It was filled with plenty of kind people (some of whom also going through it with medication problems), so it was helpful being there. Everything prior to the psych ward though was rough, and I'm thankful to be off of the medication I was on. Definitely take it seriously if a medication you were taking is suddenly changed, even if google results say they do the same thing. A change that "small" can be all it takes to lose touch with reality.

I'll try to talk more about my own experience later, but I'm not ready to at this time without struggling. So in the meanwhile, I will stream, try to learn more about taking care of mental health (mine and others), and then hopefully get back to YouTube!

You can follow me on Twitch for streams, or if you're comfortably able to, help me further through donations:
