Information Technology Query RE: Search & Rescue Software Applications
IT use case scenario: As a user, the application must have ability to overlay various coordinates and points (aka a SAR search grid) AND must have ability to continuously overlay tracks upon tracks without limitations of time and date as a single consolidated map layer and possibly allow multiple devices to remotely through Blue Tooth signal or “the Cloud” combine tracks on the same application where multiple searchers can either simultaneously update the map and or upload their tracks to the same map upon reception of connectivity to “Cloud App”. The Application should support a multitude of devices from mobile to tablet to desktop.
The application should be fully functional offline and not as a cloud application for obvious reasons in which the application can receive and send tracks to authorized map users by way of Airdrop or Blue tooth even with no connectivity to data stored on physically separate servers and storage (aka the Internet)
