CHALLENGE 24- “Suffer’jiiva”

The Safi’jiiva siege has been an iconic event in Iceborne, and often the target of many a complaint due to the requirement for many participants, even a full lobby of like-minded players. In response, Capcom has caved and will scale Safi for 1 and 2 player hunts. However, the siege never required more than a single 4-person party! In fact, it never even required bowgun cheese!

To earn the “Suffer’jiiva” title, you must do the following:

- defeat Safi’jiiva in a single run from full energy
- NO bowguns are allowed
- 1-4 players are allowed
- you must show that the run starts from full energy in your video (this can easily be shown when you join the siege group itself)

You might scoff. You might say that it’s impossible. But the fact of the matter is that it’s always been possible. It’s just that few people bothered to adapt since you technically can’t fail the siege. Yet, IB has been leading us down the path of adaptation this whole time with punishing concepts such as the escaton judgement and Fatalis head breaks, and if you make adjustments to your tactics, anyone can do this too.

So get to it! Show Capcom we don’t need their charity! Happy hunting!
