Is this a bug or a feature? Why am I getting a insertion fee on updating a listing? It looks like a tricky way for eBay to make money. Look how its at 0, I move up the page and back down and the fee changes to .20. If your not paying attention you can be accumulating a lot of fees. This doesn't happen to all the listings I try to update. And you have to update more than one area(Shipping, Description, Price, etc)
