IPv4 prefix slash notation to decimal dotted conversion(Euclidian Method)

It is about another method converting IPv4 subnetmask from prefix or slash (/) notation to decimal dotted notation with a little bit math, actually it is an euclidian algorithm. In example: /17 to 255.255.128.0.
