After a day of work, I figured out inserting any command into the Command Deck that I wanted. Eventually I will compile a code list of all the commands for the player to use, so it is essentially a new game plus. In addition to that, I wound up figuring out how to make things like Raging Storm and Firaga Burst only cost one slot in the Command Deck instead of two. I don't really know about making Lua scripts for the PC port and don't really care to figure it out despite knowing Lua, so I'll just release it in the form of a cheat table when it's done.
For those wondering what Better Battle System is, I will copy-paste the description from the Nexus Mods page:
Speeds up combat with animation cancelling, faster flowing commands and combos, form change iframes, and bonuses for Critical Mode.
- Animation Cancelling: Guard and Dodge can instantly cancel attacks and commands.
- Combat Flow: Attacks and Commands flow into each other much more smoothly.
- Improved invincibility of all alternate dodge and dodge follow-up abilities.
- Added invincibility during Form Change animation and the startup of most slow commands (Zantetsuken, Geo Impact, Windcutter, etc.).
This allows you to use well-timed commands to iframe through boss attacks and punish them.
- Improved camera view
- Critical Mode Bonuses: The following bonuses are granted when playing on Critical mode
Keyblade Attacks Hit Enemies Twice
Critical Chance is increased, but Defense is lowered
+50% Damage With Commands

Tip: In order to dodge out of a guard, the game makes you do an attack first. If you quickly tap X and then square, you will cancel your guard into an attack, and then quickly cancel that attack into a dodge.
