Steps to fix:
Connect your smartphone into PC and select MTP
Right Click on my computer and select manage
Click on Device Manager, It will show you list driver available in your PC
Inside Portable Device, you will Lenovo K8 Note showing yellow color triangle. Right click on it and select Update Driver Software.
Click on Browse my computer for driver software and select Let me Pick from the list of drivers on my computer
Select Universal Serial Bus and click on Next
Select MTP USB Device and click on Next
It will install the MTP driver of your Lenovo K8 Note smartphone.
