We continue on as we unlock a level 10 weapon in Legend Mode.

Here's what is required in order to unlock Level 10 Weapons in Xtreme Legends.

1) You need to make sure your character's weapon is at level 9.
2) The difficulty setting must be set to Hard.
3) All Level 10 Weapons will be unlocked in Legend Mode under the character's respective Legend stage.

I will be getting these weapons in order if you were looking at the Weapons list in the Encyclopedia.

Peacock Feather:
Weapon Attack: +50

Stage: Yue Ying, Woman Warrior

Requirements: Defeat Yue Ying six times by a "wide margin."

Recommendations: This is one is straight forward. You must defeat Yue Ying by a wide margin. The best way to do this is defeat her quickly and do so while taking little damage. Once you do this six times the weapon is yours. These are the same exact requirements to unlock the Power Rune. Just make sure that you see that you obtained the weapon. The item appearing will show up first then the weapon so keep that in mind.

NOTE: When you go for these weapons in Legend Mode make sure you do NOT combine both Dynasty Warriors 4 and Dynasty Warriors 4 Xtreme Legends. If you do this you won't be able to retrieve the weapon. At that point you will only be to get it the way it was meant to be unlocked in Dynasty Warriors 4. Also note that I'm showing this off for information and this is in my opinion an alternate way in getting the Level 10 weapons if you only own Xtreme Legends. If you own Dynasty Warriors 4 then just try to get the Level 10 weapons there. If you find the requirements easier in Xtreme Legends then by all means go for it.

How to unlock the weapon in Dynasty Warriors 4.

Musou Mode Required: Yes

Stage: The Battle of Jie Ting & The Battle of Wu Zhang Plains (Shu Forces)

Requirements: Complete the Battle of Jie Ting then when you play the Battle of Wu Zhang Plains, you must trigger the cutscene where you trigger the arbalest units to take down the archers as well as taunt Sima Yi. Defeat Zhang He and once the supplies appear, escort them to safety. You may have to battle Xiahou Yuan to trigger the weapon unlock.

Recommendations: There are no specific objectives for the battle of Jie Ting so you can go straight for Sima Yi and end it if you really want to. Mt. Ding Jun is optional so it's not that necessary to play (unless you need to increase Zhuge Liang's stats). When you get to the battle of Wu Zhang Plains I would suggest taking down both front generals (Cao Hong and Cao Pi) then go straight for Zhang He. There you will be able to trigger both the taunt and arbalest cutscenes. Defeat Zhang He as fast as you can but if you can't by the time the supplies arrive go to the supplies and defend them then go back and defeat Zhang He. If the weapon notification doesn't appear at that point then go and battle Xiahou Yuan. In fact I suggest you defeating Xiahou Yuan when he starts to move if you don't have anything to do. If you defeat him fast enough Xiahou Dun won't appear (since skipping the Battle of Mt. Ding Jun he will go there to aid Xiahou Yuan and not go there to avenge Xiahou Shang).
