Wow, that turned out to be even longer (wasn't expecting it). Longest time for an Eternal Doom map playthrough so far. This is another tricky level with a lot of switches and clever ideas. That final forest park area gets a bit confusing and it was also dangerous as for a moment I was with 40 or less health and no armour, without safe heaven nearby. I was ready to resurrect cheat at that point (which I try to avoid for these videos, I try to avoid noclip, save spamming, unfortunately some levels make me do so, either unfair lava pit of no return or level being so long and tedious and me not wishing to play that from scratch again).

There are various tricks here, like changing road texture trick (I am not even sure how they do this), also some switch insane pathways, special trick for armored wall against Cyberdemons (and that again dangerous moment with remaining Barons and me closed in a room without space to fire rockets, that could also have been my end there). Shooting the voodoo doll out after taking invulnerability (else the crasher is gonna kill it and you). At some point again I had no ammo and there was a maze with many chaingunners and me with no hitscan weapons, just rocket launcher (even blew myself and run out with less than 20 health I think). There are just soooo many things in this levels that can go wrong, it's a tough and confusing level, although brilliant and a change from the medieval (which will return back next level). So many more things, what can I say? Some of the Eternal Doom levels might be in the top 100 most memorable maps of all Doom WADs (gonna check) or at least the trickiest and most original ones. Mental!!! This kind of creativity (and risky experimentation) disappeared in modern WADs.
