Bizarro Sephiroth does have some mechanics to pay attention to, which I couldn't recall during the video, but he's so easy you can outright ignore them and just pound him with Summons, Ultima, Aqualung, and Slash-All to easily overwhelm him. Funny enough, the higher level your party is, the more HP he has - although no matter how much HP he has, he isn't very difficult.
Safer Sephiroth also scales HP with your level and is generally more difficult than Bizarro, but he's still not very hard. He has a lot of status effects to inflict so the Ribbons help, as well as keeping either a Master Magic or a Destruct materia on to cast DeBarrier to remove his Wall. Part of his rotation is to fly high up in the air so only Long Range attacks can hit him, so keep the Long Range materia on any physical attackers. Big Guard and Regen are useful on both forms.
