In this episode I finish the questline in Terokkar Forest. It was a bit harder then expected because I wasn't really familiar with the final quests of this zone and sometimes I wasn't not sure what I had to do so I hope you will excuse me for that.
Anyway as promised, once I finish this zone and am off to Nagrand I had to que for a BG and that's what I did. I was doing some quests in Nagrand already and was making somewhat of a start there while waiting for the BG to pop up but for a long time nothing happen. The funny thing is that I was already about to call it a day and finish my stream but I ran into a quest where I had to jump and fall at the right moment onto a tree and catch an egg for a goblin and that was kinda hard to do and took a long time. I really wanted to finish that quest but then suddenly the BG popped up and I joined it.....total disaster is what followed. Just like with my troll druid last time I was totally not prepared for this. I think also some of the horde had a higher level and better gear then me. But excuses aside, I was totally getting rekt and since my first condition is that I only have one life and if I die even once for whatever reason (except glitches or things like that), it means game over and then I have to move on to the next character, or well after my sidegame that is.
So yea that was the end of my character Russell, he did pretty good actually and he died an honorable death in a BG so that is fine. When I reflect on playing him he did pretty good in the PVE-environment and also in the 9 dungeons that he finished without dying a single time. He also completed 5 questlines in 5 different zones so again I think he did fine.
With BGs its also a matter of luck and of course you depend on your team for how well it goes. By the way we did actually win the BG by collecting more resources but it seems to me the Horde players were more focused on killing us off which they did pretty successfully to be honest.
With my human paladin Nichols I was just lucky and at the time my team was just superior to the one of the Horde and as a paladin you can use a bubble which basically saved my life at the time. So yea at least Russel tried his luck in the BG but was not doing too well unfortunately.
Anyway, again that's it for Russell, he was a fine dwarf but now I am off playing the next one!
