Read below for min/max guide.
Character in Making:
Orsimer Assassin w/ Dual Wield Daggers
------------------
Do not touch the trees I already put points in, because it's the most useful for min/maxing. Everything else is theoretically useless.

Orsimer Assassin Dual Wield Dagger Pro Build
Build: http://skyrimcalculator.com/238982
Cicero's / Shrouded Gloves / Ancient Shrouded Gloves for x2 Backstab
Build Debate on smithing tree:
Dragon gives best light armor, but what's the point going down the light armor smithing tree if your heavy armor follower(s) can't get the best of the best gear?
Go light armor to save yourself one perk. Go heavy armor to get the best out of both trees, Daedric for easier armor cap on heavy armor (Pro: number wise Daedric beat Dragon heavy, Con: more weight) and Dragon for best light armor. Decision is yours to make. Don't ask me about this, I already answered it here. Personal opinion. To min/max perks, go down light armor line since you can still armor cap it if you go legendary after following my alchemy/enchantment/smithing process for min/maxing.
Your gear enchantment should go one hand weapon damage, and you'll have 4 enchantments in total for weapon. Good ones include chaos damage, paralyze, fiery soul trap and absorb health/stamina/magicka.
If you go Chaos Damage on your weapon, be sure to get Frost and Storm enchantments on your enchanting tree.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What perk tree/perks should I not get as a dual dagger build? Heavy armor, block, two handed, light armor, lockpicking. Extra pockets from pickpocketing is not essential but of a convenience. Speech is for convenience. Magicka is useless since you do a lot more damage with your daggers, but it's fun. Your choice on what to use for your perks, just don't touch what I already selected in a particular tree.
Orsimer Warrior Build:
Sword and Board; war axe; heavy armor for dmg reflect.
Tackle and pound them, share that man love.
Why didn't you get Frost/Storm Enchantments? I prefer chaos damage / paralyze on my sword and board Orc, but some prefer Fiery soul trap / paralyze. Depends on you. Get one handed weapon damage perks on apparel. No brainer.
Not all enemies have armor for maces, not always going to get that 10% crit with swords. Sustained damage long term, axes win.
Common questions:
Why Orsimer and not the other races? Min/maxing, plain and simple. For weapons, Orsimer do the most damage when used with berserker rage. If you want to go Lycanthropy, go Khajiit with 1 point in heavy armor, 1 point in fist of steel. Cushioned for lycanthropy is for convenience, not important. For Vampirism, go Dunmer. If you're a vampire, you're weak to fire and resistant to Frost. If you're a vampire and go Dunmer, it removes that weakness to fire.
Why not get any 0 value armor weight perks? Steed stone.
Why aren't my daggers hitting as hard as you do? Unofficial skyrim patch. It fixes major/minor bugs in the game that Bethesda overlooked.
Why do you take concentrated poison? Convenience, and with 100 points in alchemy, full fortify enchant alchemy gear, that poison is going to be applied in addition to your damage (and berserker rage if you want to overkill).
