It is finally time to take on Ganon!
Climbing all the way to the top of the tower, we confront Ganon once again.
After talking about his home land, and explaining his desire to have the land of Hyrule return to the surface, Ganon attacks.
With ease, Ganon knocks Link down before he even has time to counter!
Now with Link's triforce of courage, combined with Ganon's triforce of power, and Zelda's triforce of wisdom, Ganon makes his wish to the completed triforce.
But as he is about to make his wish to rule over Hyrule, the king of Hyrule himself shows up in time to make a wish on the triforce before Ganon could reach it!
Wishing for himself and Ganon to drown with Hyrule while Link and Zelda/Tetra are given a future, the sea slowly begins to reclaim Hyrule.
With his plans completely ruined, Ganon can only laugh.
As he laughs, Zelda finally wakes up and hands Link the master sword that he dropped when Ganon attacked him.
Drawing two swords, Ganon turns around to fight us to see how much the triforce was worth.
We then move onto the final battle with Ganon.
The battle itself sees both Link and Zelda working together to take Ganon down.
With a combination of the master sword, the light arrows, and even the mirror shield, I eventually defeat Ganon in this final battle!
Going out with the master sword planted right into his skull, (That was pretty brutal!) Ganon turns to stone as he comments that he can finally feel the breeze of the wind.
With Ganon finally defeated, the king of Hyrule apologises for the state of their world.
This regret that the king feels leads to Zelda telling him that they will find another land and that he should come with them.
But the king notes that that land would not be Hyrule. Instead, it would be their land!
With his final words, the whole area becomes completely flooded.
Both Link and Zelda then slowly ascend to the surface in bubbles that prevent them from drowning.
Before reaching the surface, Link tries to reach out to the king of Hyrule.
But despite reaching out his hand, the king stays below the sea as Link gets pulled up to the surface. (Pretty sad scene, really!)
After that, Link and Tetra (Who now has her regular clothes back on for some reason!) find themselves afloat on the sea with Komali flying in front of them.
We then see that Tetra's pirate crew, along with Aryll, Medli and Makar, have arrived to pick us up with the pirate ship! (How they knew to show up there at that time is a mystery to me!)
And so with everyone safe and sound, and Ganon now defeated, the credits roll.
So this was a pretty lengthy game, to say the least!
But even after the credits roll, there is still an extra scene at the end!
With Tetra and her pirate crew on their ship, and Link still using the king of red lions boat, they all set on out from outset island (I imagine Link had talked to his family and friends before this scene.) in search of new land. (I assume that's what they plan to do, anyway.)
And with all that out of the way, this lp is finally completed!
Well, I say that, but I do end up playing a bit of the intro of the game again to show Link and Aryll's new outfits!
That aside, this lengthy lp is finally completed! (While I might make a bonus part at some point, this lp is pretty much completed with this part!)
It was a long adventure! But I hope you enjoyed it!
While I felt it dragged on at times, I enjoyed playing this game!
