What is DevOps?
Sricharan Vadapalli: "DevOps is the combination of cultural philosophies, practices, and tools that increases an organization's ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity: evolving and improving products at a faster pace than organizations using traditional software development and infrastructure management processes."
How I got into DevOps?
Sricharan Vadapalli: "I did BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University and M Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. After that I joined TCS as product manager and worked there for 8 years. I have also worked with Infosys, CSC, Virtusa Polaris, Kogentix Inc. I was author and CTO for a startup called Packt. I am currently working with Pyramid Solution as Practice Head of Data Analytics, Devops and Cloud. I have written two books one is Devops for bigData and other one is Reality of Relations."
