Lil' Bits 5 - Bullet Collisions, Damage, and Death

Bullets need to collide with other agents and ignore the agent they were sent from. Bullets deal damage on hit. Once an agent runs out of health they should die and be rendered differently. They also should not be controllable or active anymore.
