Mythra spices things up once again with another of her signature level designs. It's a brand new LONG level which is half auto scroll and half standard. It's a very long and very difficult traditional level at most, but there is no deficiency of hazardous threats in this arduous lengthy swamp adventure.

The challenges are a mixed bag, and sometimes inconsistent. They're mostly presented in a way to inflict pain on the player. Several Ludwigs are scattered as "ordinary" enemies throughout the level to hunt Toadette so he can use the player for experiments upon capturing them.... That sounds disturbing! There are dozens of threats placed in tight, inconvenient places, which is why it's impossible to not take any damage whatsoever. Most of the time, you just can't avoid making physical contact with them or their attacks. A bunch of these enemy placements are making me smile wryly, as Mythra has calculated some devilish enemy locations that would consistently cause some RNG attacks to fill the screen, making them frustratingly hard to dodge. And Mythra's levels almost always have spiky gauntlets! I had the toughest time playing this swamp level on the long exhausting route between the 1st & 2nd CP flags. The Bowser boss fight before the end is really messy, no offense to Mythra. ^_^; It could have used some polishing and tidying, but....knowing my good friend Mythra, she just loves to place gigantic hazards everywhere just to maximize the enemy count. Btw, Mythra just LOOOOOOVES those sawblade flowers!

This swamp is called a "toxic" Danger Zone for a reason. Now you're aware of what lies ahead in this toxic path, will you still keep going to save the captive Princess?
