Thomas Miller is a Senior Build Engineer at the UK’s leading games development studio, Creative Assembly. He founded the studios Build Engineering team, being integral to the development of the multi-award-winning Alien: Isolation and most recently, Halo Wars 2.
In this talk Thomas takes a look at the problems surrounding large scale data management that CA dealt with while developing Halo Wars 2. He looks at how those problems were explored, the solutions his team came to and a few lessons they learned along the way.
