It's been a while since I last made a Mario game video, probably even longer since I last made a Mario Kart Wii video. Also my first Mario video since getting Eight Marbles. Yeah, I know I bring up Eight Marbles a lot, but getting the game itself was an accomplishment for me, so yeah. Anyways, we played as Waluigi on this one and we battled the Blue Team to collect all the coins. We kicked ass both times, so it only took us 2 battles to complete the whole thing. Mario Kart DS battles and Mario Kart Wii of course have their battles different on several ways. Mario Kart DS does use teams, but in some way, the players still go against each other. In the DS version, anyone can drop an item, but if another teammate from the same team hits it, he/she will suffer damage from the item itself, on account of losing a balloon/shine. On Mario Kart Wii, however, there is no "I" in team. An item dropped by a member of a particular team will not harm the teammates if they happen to run into it.
