Modern Warfare 3 has never been regarded as a good game. It takes a lot from MW2, without many changes and not to mention the issues infinity ward were going through. The game has many balance issues; the portable UAV, MP7 and ACR are the main culprits, and the maps were small, congested and uninspired. But this game had a good amount of great feeling weapons to choose from and gameplay feels fluid, which is enough to make me come back to it every now and again.
However, CoD for me has always been the quickest way to raise my blood pressure. Why? It's inconsistency due to peer2peer servers, and those that abuse certain advantages, and those who are known as "try-hards".
