HCT-3F: Medium mech mace, Medium mech knuckles, 2 medium lasers, Heavy rifle.
Mech is still slow and under armored.
The mace does high damage but the problem is getting close enough to use it (maybe cliffjump to get close).
I did more damage with the medium lasers and heavy rifle.
Maybe refit the mech to carry 6 medium lasers and an arm mounted PPC (double heatsinks and XL engine would be good too) that and max the armor.
