While currently mod says: there is no switches, I can say you may build fully workable switchers with single or double way arrows.

Don't look at the end of curvy turn, this is a little bit hack, normally you should use large loop if you want your train turn around, but if you curious about switching rails than use only one line, there is this video how you should make it.
