My opinion: need to at least two peoples to conntrol it one for turn wheels rotation, other for stop and for help with pushing.
Hard to rotate because wheels sometimes not propery push and just slide forward (so here need senond person again).

Engine also very vulnerable, because in first place when you crash into tree or something it broken first, need to cover it.

At the same time car is pretty powerful, but again at high hill the problem is not enough friction for pushing this tractor.
