There is certainly no shortage of grim-dark examples in the Warhammer 40K universe - daemonculaba is particularly f**ked up. But for Jack, it's the little horrors that are most terrifying. The day-to-day nightmares, you might say.
One of those in particular is the melta bomb. This is literally a grenade that causes a fusion-reaction-based explosion, designed to melt straight through tank armour and eviscerate anyone inside. However, there's no stopping someone from just heffing it at the nearest Ork or heretic to see what happens - and what happens is that they very quickly turn from living, breathing individual (possibly with a family and loved ones) to a pile of ashy goop.
Capturing the essence of this drink was important, which meant making a game-themed cocktail that screams 'bomb' and 'horror'. And what's more horrible than a bomb shot?

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Wild Turkey bourbon
0.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
0.5 oz Campari
