Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Zero Mission for Game Boy Advance. I am going for 100% pickups, doing it in Hard Mode, and am trying to beat it under two hours.

Since I am going through Hard Mode, the pickups are halved (one Super Missile per tank, half energy per tank, etc.). Also, even though I have the sequential Main Item list, I will be doing some sequence breaking for a faster time.

I fight and defeat two Imago Larvae, which lets me get a few expansions. Then I defeat another Imago Larva, which is hanging up on the ceiling, which ends up growing into the adult Imago. After fully defeating it, I obtain the (normally first) Super Missile tank.
