Minecraft Tutorial: Extremely long and adjustable hopper timers
Divisors calculator: http://bit.ly/divisors
Written tutorial:
1 - Calculate how many seconds your delay is, then divide that amount by 0,8.
2 - Visit the link above and paste your number in the most top left box, hit the "divisors:" button
3 - If you get 6 or less numbers, try adding or removing 1 from your number and use the one which has the most results.
4 - Scan through the list and find the biggest number that is equal or lower than 320.
5 - Write down the number somewhere and use this number to divide the number that you just used in the divisors calculator.
6 - If your result is greater than 320 repeat from step 2 but skip the 3rd step and use the result you just got. If your number is lower or equal to 320, write it down and watch the video from 11:02 You will need to build as many hopper timers as numbers you wrote down.
In today's video I've got a mind-blowing compact timer using the new hoppers. Shoutout to Etho for coming up with the hopper timer unit! What I did is link up the timers and figure out a way to calculate how many items you need in each unit to get a certain delay. With only 4 units you can get a delay of over 250 days! Just imagine how many repeaters you'd need for that :D
