Demonstration on how to modify the port bindings of your FTP server via the applicationHost.config file located in C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config. You can quickly find the correct section to modify by searching for "site name". Once you located the section for your FTP server you modify the binding information. By default you will see the value 21 for port 21. Modify that value to the port you'd like your FTP server to bind to & save the configuration file. . .
