Nightwolf was always kind of an overlooked Mortal Kombat character, so it's nice to see him get a little spotlight once and awhile. He's had some less than impressive showings in the franchise in the past; do they get referenced in this more serious interpretation?

Not really, but there's at least 1 diamond in this rough. One tiny, almost impossibly small diamond. That's kind of cloudy and spotty anyway so it wasn't really worth digging up anyway.
