The Japanese Saturn library is many times larger than its Western variants, containing some kick ass gaming you can't get anywhere else. This list begins my journey of recommendations from that prestigious library, not all of them as obvious as you'd think.

Episode Notes:
For some great reproductions on Saturn English translated games, hit up places like Etsy.com and search some of the sellers there. Be sure to ask questions and I'm sure you'll find some top end repros.

Policenauts also has a Playstation English translation as well. Both games are excellent.

I can't stress enough how important it is to have patience on Ebay. Buy it now pricing is rarely the way to go. Instead, watch the auctions that pop up and weed out the overspenders. You will often save quite a bit by avoiding the sellers who list only games with set pricing.

The Sega Ages line in Japan also had dedicated discs for After Burner II and Space Harrier, both in the $30 range. That means you can still get all 3 Japanese games cheaper than the Western release, and all with complete content.

I was recently accused of using emulation to show my Saturn/Dreamcast footage. This is absolutely false. I have always used an RGB to HDMI upscaler to capture my games at 720p. I then resize the image via my video editing software to a 4:3 aspect ratio and a final upscale to 1080p. My Saturn and Dreamcast footage is ALWAYS from real hardware.

The FMV from the start of the episode is from Saturn Bomberman Fight!!

Opening SEGAAAA! jingle is from Astal for the Sega Saturn. Ending thank you screen music is from Batman for the Sega Genesis.
