Must try Cooking class in Hanoi!
883There’s no better way to appreciate a country’s food than by cooking it yourself 🙌🏼
We made:
💥 banana blossom salad
💥 spring rolls
💥 bun cha
💥 egg coffee
First things first, we loved how we got to go to the local market and pick up all our ingredients before heading to the kitchen and cooking! It was super interesting to see people going about their daily life. Even though the market we went to was indoors, it had people zooming through on their scooters picking up stuff from stalls 😝
The actual cooking was super fun too! Best part was probably the grilling of the pork for our bun cha, despite the meat catching on fire several times 😂
Such a good experience, highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Hanoi to give this a go!
