When Mike Wang first tweeted about how difficult shooting was going to be in NBA 2K23, I told myself I was going to give all my builds at least an 85 three point rating. However, when it came to making my Center build, I had to make some sacrifices...and in doing so I found out that a 70 3 point rating wasn't nearly as bad as I had assumed it would be! Infact, it isn't bad at all! So long as you are open, you can shoot very consistently with a 70 rating and no badges!
