In my style, Form 1 is the absolute basic. THIS is what I teach everyone I teach first, before moving on to a custom lightsaber style for them. Something simple, that would have served any sword wielder in the age of blasters. A fundamental 6 swing attack, with several more complicated maneuvers later on.

IE, this is NOT Shii-Cho as taught by the Jedi Order. This is simply My personal Form 1. Also, this was used from the Saber Authority group, specifically their 13 star strike drill. The group is fantastic, and has great training video's, seriously check them out!!!!
