Using some new properties of the 1.3 Snapshots, I've created a new single block wide, 5x4x1 T-Flip Flop for all of your Redstoners that may need one!

Last_Username confirmed this TFF design in fact does work in the Week 26 Snapshot as well, so timings aren't much of an issue here. The top piston also acts as a BUD of sorts, being if you update the blocks around it, the Flip Flop will change states to the adverse state.

This is a modified form of DeepBrennan (Reddit) TFF design.
