I wanted to run these wheels on this truck, but also these tires.
The problem I was running into is that Traxxas tires have a thicker seating bead than most tires since they're meant to be slip-on tires. If you try to use any beadlock wheels that aren't Traxxas branded, you'll most likely never be able to get the wheels put together and attached to the tires. Hopefully that makes sense, anyone who has tried this before knows what I'm talking about...
I wanted to put this setup to the test and see if this is an option for running the wheel/tire combo you want even if it's not cooperating.
