I went for a long testing session with the blessed weapon to see how it work, and I can confirm that its going to be the best weapon type for endgame gameplay.
While guarding an attack, you can ki pulse to recover your lost ki from blocking an attack. Sound straightforward, but there is more into it:

-Gain ki with flux ll
-Recover from guard break in (specific condition is having red bar left and ki pulse timing)
-Ki pulse with Skill.
-Flash Attack
-Perfect Ki pulse for yokai realm
-Stance buff from perfect ki pulse
