Norma's Dilemma - Decades Legacy E76 - The Sims 4
1Welcome to Episode 76 of my Decades Legacy Challenge.
In today's episode,
Norma rejects Matty's romantic advances and causes some troubles in the marriage that Matty just cannot seem to quite understand. He doesn't understand at all why Norma doesn't want him to love on her or dote on her and cannot seem to make sense of the fact that she would not have told him that she didn't like this sort of thing before they married. Now here they are married and he is feeling hurt by the fact that his advances towards her are being rejected. Norma is feeling like Matty is trying to change her and is upset that he cannot accept her for the person that she is and tries to tell him that she just cannot change.
The newlyweds are struggling to understand one another and come to terms with everything going on in their relationship when they find out that they are expecting a baby. Norma is thrilled with the news and tells Matty who is certainly shocked. He doesn't really know how to feel about the situation, sure a baby- this should be a joyous occasion and yeah he is happy but it is a lot of responsibility and he isn't really even sure how Norma really feels about him so he is not sure how to feel or how to act about this child. He wants to be playful, happy, flirty about this child with his wife, but he knows she hates those behaviours so he is unsure how to act and this turmoil is making it hard to know how to react to the news of a child.
Gemma on the other hand is absolutely thrilled to find out she is going to be a grandmother and tries to comfort Matty and tells him that Norma will be fine and to just continue pressing forward that sometimes Norma makes waves where waves shouldn't be had....there is nothing to worry about but Matty just isn't so sure. Will this marriage be able to stand this test of time?
