Ah vampires, everyone loves to kill them, and hates to be them. I decided to make a class about being a vampire!

This vampire class is one that is meant for both normal gameplay and a bit of role playing. I like to do this kind of mix when I play Oblivion because I feel like it gives the best experience. I also made it so this build is good with or without actually being a vampire, because I know some people, me included, hate being an actually vampire. If you do decide to be a vampire, this class will buff you, a lot.
