Octopus with balsamic vinegar, red wine and honey.
Ingredients:
500-650gr Octopus
250ml tomatoe sauce
150ml Balsamic vinegar with honey
1 glass(250ml) of red wine
1 onion
Salt & Pepper
2 table spoons of Honey
Olive oil
Instructions:
Add some olive oil to the pot and let it heat up.
Add the octopus in small pieces and let it cook for 2-3 min while stiring.
Add the Onion in small pieces.
Add the Balsamic vinegar and close the lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Red wine and cook for 2-3 min with the lid on.
Add Salt & Pepper.
Add red sauce and honey. (Might not want to add 2 Table spoons and stick with 1 if you dont like the food to have a bit of sweat taste.
Add some water and cook until tender. Stir occasionally.
Serve with Rice or Chips, or as a side dish.
