This achievement requires rescuing all 300 Mudokon with a combined time of less than 3 hours. Recommend doing it on easy as enemies react slower and traps are slower too. Chapters can be replayed individually for faster times so it's not that hard. Quicksaves, quickloads, and restarting from checkpoint doesn't reset the timer.
