Oro can now buffer fMP with fireball
4javits found out that you can press fMP+LK to not release fireball

from his tip I found accidentally you can fireball after fMP
not sure how to do it exactly but how I do is :
- after charging, do fMP+LK (do NOT plink it, it has to be on same frame)
- release directions back to neutral (when learning I went all the way back on stick, it helped)
- press forward + LP
all that really fast, like double tapping levels of fast (but not plink levels of fast)
