Path Of Exile POE - How To Exploit Heist Contracts For XP (Easiest way to grind level 100)
73I'm certain this will be nerfed before Heist goes core. So just see this as some last minute silliness to exploit before the end of the league (or the flashback event).
I've seen a lot of discussion of this method online but no real beginner guides to it with gameplay footage. That's the niche I'm going for here.
This method works only with Repository and Tunnels contracts. I prefer Repository, but that's personal preference, there's nothing wrong with Tunnels and you should try both to work out which works better for you.
Character shown on the video is a level 95 Penance Brand trickster and gains 5% of a level from this run.
Strategy:
- Roll the Heist to have easy mods (minimal/no increases to monster damage). Mods aren't all THAT important, you can run them scoured if you want.
- Run through the Heist opening all side reward rooms. Even if you don't have enough alert bar left to actually loot the rooms, open the rooms anyway.
- Seize the objective, then return to the escape as per a normal Heist. On your way, visit each reward room once and kill everything there.
- Don't exit. Instead, from the escape, run back to the location where the Heist objective was. On your way, visit each reward room and kill the (now respawned) enemies.
- From the end make one last pass back to the start killing everything and visiting the reward rooms again
- Use level 83 contracts if at all possible, unless you character is low level.
- This can be done with Blueprints as well for slightly better results at a hugely increased price. This video only shows off the contract approach.
