7Great to be able to help Paul, whose spinal injury just over a year ago brought his gaming to an abrupt halt. He's been desperate to play ever since his accident, so we visited him and worked out a setup that made the most of his abilities.
He's now bossing FIFA in two-button mode through a chin joystick and two switches positioned on either side of his head.
