My new Plex server build (Episode 02)

This new server is planned to have a minimum of 62TB of storage when I'm done. I will only be added drives as I fill them up so I don't have half my drives just running without being used.

Episode 02 covers the windows install and a couple benchmarks from 3DMark as well as the unboxing and install of my new 8tb Western Digital drive.
