I made this for Sega Saturn Girl! (as seen at momocon)
the Hooks/Rings makes it act like a side bag

~What I used ~
White Fabric (soft)
Black felt
Blue felt
Green felt
Yellow felt
Gray felt
Needle and Thread (White)
Tracky Glue
Iron transfer paper (for the sega logo)
Black Rope
Metal Rings
Pollyfill

*After you stuff with pollyfill, feel free to tacky glue the raised layer (so it can find it's shape)
