Champion Stadium - Johto Master Mode (September 2021 Week 2)
F2P Friendly / Fun Teams

After a year of champion stadium, things are starting to get a bit repetitive, so I'll put less effort into these descriptions. Now, I'll just not do the grids/parameters as there was not much value in it, and this will save me about 10 minutes a week.

1) Mewtwo (20/20, 5/5), Chandelure, Probopass (4*)
The usual F2P strat for Ghost CS. Chandelure is completely unnecessary but I like Shauntal. Lunatone or some other support would be easier to work with. Shadow Ball spam with Mewtwo grid, easy win.

2) Infernape (3/5), Serperior (6EX, 2/5), Egg Ninetales (4*)
Actually a hard stage for Fire F2P. Critical Shield / Status Shield, along with Toughen Up / Tighten Up and Look Alive on the Ariados makes this a pain. Ho-oh would be the best choice here, but I'm using him for Grass. So, it's either Torkoal, Infernape or Mew. Infernape is easy to setup and easy to use, so Infernape it is.

The strat here is to stall out the crit shield. Then, 6EX boosted Fire Blast under sun should take out Ariados before the second sync. Obviously some RNG is needed, I went with Dire Hit MPR on the grid, and +10 accuracy Fire Blast means 95 percent hit rate, before taking into account for Look Alive. Parameters have to be almost all offensive, because we need to take out mid asap.

3) Ho-oh (20/20, 5/5), Torchic (4*), Rapidash
This one was a bit harder than I expected. Eventually figured out to use all offensive parameters, and go for the presync kill. Some battle RNG needed, hope that Torchic survives long enough.

4) Egg Scyther (5*, 5/5), Swanna (6EX, 5/5),
Bug CS is really tricky, this Umbreon is quite bulky. Masquerain is an excellent tech to counter this stage, and of course Swanna gives us elite defensive support and the much needed 6EX boost. There are 3 RNG points here - the sync crits, the Potion refreshes, and the flinches. If we can get most of these, then we will probably win. Sharpedo is the priority after killing mid, since he has an AoE move, Surf.

5) Empoleon (5*, 3/5), Pelipper (4*), Psyduck (5*, 5/5)
Palkia is too easy, so I went with Empoleon. Non-EX Barry is not exactly a free win though. You will want a Ramp Up MPR Build to get +6 speed, +3 sp.atk, +3 crit. Another offensive support for special attack is not really needed, Pelipper is enough. Psyduck is a new unit, and provides decent defensive utility. Then there is the battle RNG. At least 1 sync crit is required to kill off middle before the sync. If you can get Air Slash flinches, that helps too. Parameters are the standard offensive ones.
