Randomiser rules:
1. All Trainer Pokémon are completely randomised.
2. All wild Pokémon are randomised but will always be area appropriate (we're unlikely to find a Zapdos in the first route, for example)
3. Starters are randomised, but will always be a stage 1 Pokémon (like a Pidgey or a Whismur)
4. All non-key items are COMPLETELY random.
5. HMs are teachable to any Pokémon, but I will keep this appropriate to each Pokémon unless I get stuck.
6. Impossible evolutions (such as those that evolve via trade) have been adjusted to be able to evolve in-game.
7. I've randomised the trainer names too. Y'know, for funsies.
8. All legendaries on the overworld are randomised to be other legendaries)
